You could almost forget that he co-founded and runs an amazing local business: Guerrilla Roasters, which he recently moved from the Mossy Cafe to Moruya. In this video he tells us about this sustainable business, supporting farmers all around the world. Mat loves living here, when he finishes work he can be at the beach in just two minutes!
